About me:
I've had a lifelong love of adventure that has led me up many mountains and paddling down many rivers. Pairing this with my love of probing the deepest questions about who we are as humans, I write adventure stories that force characters to confront philosophical and moral dilemmas.
I grew up in the family religion of Star Trek: The Next Generation, and later studied philosophy of religion at Dartmouth; both taught me that the most powerful questions are asked through storytelling. Prestige TV hooked me on long-form story arcs and rich character development, and I've been honing my craft on original TV pilots ever since.
I live in Pasadena with my wife and two preschooler children. But you can still find me climbing a mountain, floating a river, or, you know, writing stuff.
